The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, and responsibilities for each project will be confirmed through a proposal, quotation, service agreement, email, or other written communication accepted by both parties.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, approvals, system access, and feedback required to complete the project. Delays in receiving these items may affect the agreed delivery schedule.
3. Payments and Taxes
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Work may be paused when a payment becomes overdue. Unless stated otherwise, quoted fees do not include applicable taxes, third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, hosting, domains, paid software, or external service charges.
4. Revisions and Changes
Included revisions are limited to the scope agreed for the project. New features, major direction changes, or work requested outside the approved scope may require a revised timeline and additional charges, which will be communicated before the extra work begins.
5. Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client receives the rights to the final approved deliverables described in the project agreement. R2N Media retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, processes, concepts not selected, and general know-how. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Portfolio Use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, R2N Media may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio, website, social channels, presentations, and promotional material.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties will take reasonable care to protect confidential business information received during a project and will use it only for delivering or receiving the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on hosting providers, advertising networks, social platforms, plugins, APIs, CRM tools, or other third-party services. Their availability, policies, pricing, and performance are outside our direct control and are governed by their own terms.
9. Results and Performance
We use professional methods and reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, platform approval, or uninterrupted system availability. Results may be affected by market conditions, budgets, competition, algorithms, and client actions.
10. Website Use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, copy protected material without permission, or use the website for unlawful or harmful activities.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R2N Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Any direct liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a service according to the applicable project agreement. The client remains responsible for completed work, approved expenses, and non-cancellable third-party costs incurred up to the termination date.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
